Walter & Lisa continue to serve as missionaries with Modern Day Missions while also leading Be Known Movement, an independent nonprofit ministry. Some partners prefer to give through Modern Day Missions, while others prefer to partner directly with Be Known Movement. Both are meaningful ways to support the same mission of making Jesus known through the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.

If you're already partnering with Walter & Lisa through Modern Day Missions, you're welcome to continue giving there. If you'd like to support Be Known Movement directly, you can give through Be Known Movement. We're grateful for your partnership through either option.

Yes. Whether you give through Modern Day Missions or Be Known Movement, your generosity helps advance the ministry led by Walter & Lisa. The primary difference is the organization through which your gift is made. Gifts made through Be Known Movement support its ministry and operations, while gifts through Modern Day Missions support Walter & Lisa through their missionary account.

Yes. Both Be Known Movement and Modern Day Missions are recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, and gifts to either organization are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

As Be Known Movement has grown, establishing an independent nonprofit has allowed us to better serve churches, ministry partners, and future opportunities while continuing our valued partnership with Modern Day Missions.
